In my life before I qualified as an Amatsu Practitioner, I was a project architect working silly hours in the city. I was at my desk, hunched over my screen for long hours. I exercised once or twice a week to burn off the frustration, although I did love designing and completing projects on site.
However, the one thing I do not miss was the stress. Along with this stress, one of the key factors that took a toll on my body was I diagnosed with Carpel Tunnel Syndrome by my doctor. I had aching, numb, and tingling sensations in my hands, which radiated down both arms. These symptoms also affected my sleep.
I was advised my next step was to have steroid injections, but I found this solution too invasive. Thankfully, Amatsu was introduced to me as a more natural way of healing.
Having tried a range of western and eastern therapies, Amatsu is unlike any other therapy I've experienced. Amatsu is an amalgamation of these other therapies, helping the body to recalibrate and rebalance effectively, and at the same time alleviating your symptoms, over a series of sessions.
